Rachel A. Hassett

Rachel joined Crestwood in 2026 and serves as the firm’s Director of Marketing and Communications.

Rachel leads Crestwood’s marketing and communications efforts, strengthening the firm’s brand, supporting business development initiatives, and enhancing the client experience. She also oversees the firm’s thought leadership, communications, digital marketing, public relations, and client engagement initiatives.

Prior to joining Crestwood, Rachel served as Director of Marketing and Communications at Mill Creek Capital Advisors (now Pathstone), where she led the firm’s thought leadership, marketing strategy, public relations, and client event programs. Earlier in her career, she served as Chief of Staff to the Chief Communications Officer at E*TRADE Financial and held corporate communications roles at Nomura Securities.

Rachel earned a B.A. in Public Relations and Journalism from Seton Hall University, graduating magna cum laude. She serves on the Board of Directors of Dress for Success Greater Philadelphia.

Rachel lives in Philadelphia with her husband and their two dogs. Outside of work, she enjoys gardening, spending time at the Jersey Shore, teaching her dogs new tricks, and cheering on Philadelphia sports teams.
