Robert G. Ix, CFA®

Rob joined Crestwood in 2005 and serves as a Portfolio Manager and Managing Partner.  

Rob’s primary responsibility is working closely with clients in the management of their investment assets.  He is also engaged in working with the investment research team and, as a Managing Partner, helps guide the strategy for the firm.  Rob finds fulfillment in working at a firm where everyone contributes to the growth and is humbled by the opportunity to earn the trust of the individuals & families that he works with.  

Rob earned a BA from Kenyon College and an MBA from Case Western Reserve University and has earned the Chartered Financial Analyst (CFA) designation.  He is a member of the CFA Institute, the Boston Security Analysts Society, the Boston Economics Club, and the BC CEO Club and is the Trustee of the Newton Country Day School. 

Rob enjoys the outdoors and is an avid biker, riding in the Pan-Mass Challenge for the last 12 years.  Rob lives in Boston, MA with his wife and four children.
